The PC Party is firmly opposed to First Contract Arbitration (FCA) and does not believe compromising with the NDP and their special interest friends, as the Liberals want to do, is the right thing to do.

There is a time for compromise and a time to stand on principle. FCA is a threat to jobs and future opportunity, and we oppose it on principle. A bad piece of legislation is precisely that and no amendments can fix it.

PC Leader Jamie Baillie is disappointed to see the member for Queens misrepresenting the PC position on Bowater deal in a press release since it has been public since Tuesday.

“Given the fact that I made the PC position public and very clear on Tuesday, I invite her to retract her misleading statements and ensure she has her facts correct in the future,” said Jamie Baillie.

"Not only are the...

"The NDP's expensive, 'bite the bullet' electricity plan could not come at a worse time for our economy and...
